A. All of the above (but egg) are wrong. The correct answer is: It depends upon the law of the jurisdiction creating the court. Some courts have express jurisdictional minimums or maximums or both. In such courts, unless the claimed damages are within the court's legal or contitutional jurisdictional limits the claim is subject to dismissal. For instance: For Federal courts; suits based solely on diversity of citizenship -- between citizens of different states, but not on a Federal statute -- have a minimum jurisdictional requirement of $75,000. Any such suit that fails to allege that amount of damages or more will be dismissed.

How can I file a grievance against the CEO of my company?
Q. My co-workers and I are filing a grievance against the CEO of our company. Our business is owned by a larger corporation so we contacted his direct supervisor at the corporate office. She replied to us by saying we have to follow the Grievance Procedure for our facility which states the grievance must be filed through our department director (which it has), and then through the CEO. So we are told that before we can file through her, the CEO has to make a decision on it. I cant believe it is fair to say we have to file with the CEO when the grievance is against the CEO. Does anyone know what we can do?

A. Try The fair housing and employment department. ask them what to do .I have the same prob we went to HR and they have swept everything under the rug , lawyer up!!!

A. With only $300 outstanding, do NOT go through the expense of a payment plan! You CAN ask for a 120 day extension of time to pay without the cost of setting up a payment plan. The IRS will still tack on penalties and interest for late payment but your total out-of-pocket cost will be MUCH lower than if you set up a payment plan for that small debt. Merely setting up a payment plan costs between $52 and $105, on top of the penalties and interest for late payment. Pay as much as you can by April 15th to minimize the fees. You'll get a bill from the IRS in a couple of weeks. Pay as much as you can then. If it's not paid in full the IRS will just send you monthly statements until it's paid.
