What happens if you fail a college course?
Q. I am a student at UIC and Im failing Organic Chemistry, My major is Biological Sciences. My current GPA is 3.72(I've got A's in all my previous science courses and Math courses but looks like im gonna fail this chemistry course) and Im a sophmore. My question is if I fail it and retake it, does it overwrite my bad score?

A. I would assume that if you take organic chemistry, and get a better grade, it will override your lower grade; that is the way it works at the University I attend.

A. Its alright to fail your drivers test twice. I live in PA and this one girl failed hers twice, passed the third time. Here's some info i found: If you fail the driving test three times, no further tests will be allowed without written authorization from the Department of Revenue (department). The driver examiner will give you a form that you must send to the department. After you send the form to the department, you will receive a letter from the department requiring additional behind-the-wheel driver training. You must send proof of the additional driver training before you will be allowed to take the driving test again.

A. The church did not fail its people. on the contrary the church as it always has- kept civilization together and kept it from falling completely apart. Taxes and feudalism were state caused problems- along with the inquisition and Templar persecutions. These were the doings of the States of Europe who were far from control of the church. In fact, it took all the resources the church had to keep Christendom together as long as it had...There was always a despot king who resented papal interference in "their" church. Well, you're screwed out of graduation at the end of that semester if it is a required class and you need at least a C to pass it, but you're not completely screwed out of ever being able to graduate and earn your degree. All you have to do is take another semester and make up that class as well as pay for it again, which really blows.

A. If you fail the driving test three times, that voids the application, and you have to start all over. You would have to fill out the application again, pay the money over again, and take the written test over again. After that you would get a permit again to try drive test number four. Just don't fail 3 times! Good Luck!

Im hoping that they will make it to the last spot of the champions league.. they are not that far off 4th spot.. no chance in winning the league but 4th is still up for grabs, when key players return from injury we will be back up there :) europa league is long from here. champions league goes into a round of 16 after the group stage, whilst the europa league is 32 teams after the group stage, so maybe that could also take its toll on liverpool squad before the season is done... still you have to believe that it can be done. always support your team, even if the odds are against you! then you are a real fan :)

A. If you're only really asking about training, then it would depend on the size of the business. If there's only about 1 - 10 people, then it would usually be the duty of the owner to train new staff, as he or she would be the person with the most interest in ensuring that everyone knows what they are doing. If you go into 10 - 30 or so staff, you'd probably have an operational or production manager who should take care of training. Most businesses don't fail because of inadequate training though. As you pointed out, it's more about lack of planning. I ran my own small businesses for a few years, and I made sure to only hire people that didn't need any training! Is your concern that businesses fail because of no proper training programs?

Can a professor fail every student in a class?
Q. I had a final exam today in college, and the results are already out. More than 3/4's of the class failed the final. If you fail the final you fail the class. If that many students failed the final, doesn't is say something about the teacher. I failed, and I attended every lecture, and most of the information on the exam was never even talked about in the lecture. I feel I should get some of my tution back for the lack of teaching abilities of the professor.

A. You can talk to the dean or the head of whatever section you're studying. But if the professor has tenure, chances are good that you won't get far. Does your college request class surveys at the end of each term? This would be one way to get your opinions heard, also. It definitely says something negative about the professor if that many students fail. Don't let it rest; try to find out what can be done to either improve the grades by grading on a scale or by other means.

To fail a NST, your baby would have minimal or absent variability- the beat to beat changes in heart rate. Absent variability usually signifies hypoxia- lack of oxygen to your baby; or another type of fetal distress. In cases of absent variability, it's best for your baby to be delivered rather than to stay in the womb.

A. There are many types of jobs that require a background check. They are simply making sure you are telling the truth about your background. If you have been convicted of stealing, they will find out and they certainly wouldn't want a casino dealer that was a thief. If you don't have any convictions, you have no worries. Don't forget about that drug test, too. The casino doesn't want to hire a person that uses drugs because their insurance may get stuck paying $100,000 for rehab.
